WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We need some help in collecting signatures on this petition to the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, which calls on them to urge the Minister of Health, Seniors and Active Living to immediately produce and make public the overdue Caregiver Recognition Act report, which should include not only an updated list of supports available for caregivers, but also, importantly, a review of the progress being made in furthering the purposes of the Caregiver Recognition Act.

We require folks to print off the petition and start collecting signatures this cannot be done digitally since this will be presented to the legislative assembly.

PLEASE NOTE: If you want to collect more than 15 signatures, please just print off a new copy of this same form, rather than appending a page with just new signature lines – this is important so that it’s clear what people are being asked to sign.
